We spent seven years pulling adults back from metabolic disease. Then we had a son - and realised almost every case we treated had been set in motion two decades earlier, in a lunchbox. LVL X is our second act: engineering childhood nutrition at the root, in schools, with clinicians, at scale.

Why LVL X exists
We stopped treating the disease and went after the decade that causes it.
At 23BMI (Upnourish) we ran clinical nutrition programmes for adults carrying insulin resistance, obesity and fatty liver. The protocols worked. The pattern underneath them didn’t change: by the time an adult walked in, twenty years of habit, palate and metabolic load had already been laid down.
India is now among the fastest-growing markets for childhood obesity and early-onset lifestyle disease. Nobody owns the intervention window - ages 2 to 14 - with clinical rigour. LVL X does.

A clinical nutritionist who has spent her career where evidence meets a real plate. She previously led nutrition strategy and operations for a UK-based nutrition venture, then designed the protocols behind 23BMI’s adult metabolic programmes. Every LVL X formulation, portion and curriculum module clears her bar before it clears ours.

Engineer, then MBA. Joined LogiNext Solutions as part of the founding team and helped scale a logistics SaaS business backed by Tiger Global and Steadview Capital through roughly $50M+ of capital and the operating discipline that comes with it. He treats a school nutrition rollout the way he treated enterprise deployment: instrumented, repeatable, and measured weekly.

We have already built this once - and sold it.
23BMI began in 2018 as a clinical nutrition practice for adult metabolic health. It ended as an acquisition. In between: national awards, 50+ tier-1 media features, and thousands of clinical outcomes that taught us where the real leverage sits.

The catalyst
Then we became parents.
Our son is two and a half. Feeding him well - with two nutrition operators in the house - was still hard. Ultra-processed defaults at every birthday party. Screen-fed appetites. Labels written to be misread. Pediatric advice that stops at “eat healthy”.
If it was hard for us, it is impossible for most parents. That gap isn’t a content problem or an app problem. It’s structural - and structure is fixed where children spend six hours a day.
